- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Local dentist unable to treat root canals (major dental work). Referred to oral surgeon to extract teeth (general dental work) in hospital, Refund only out of general dental allowance amounted to about 24% of oral surgeon cost despite fact that root canal treatment at local dentist would have attracted 80% refund as major dental work.
